Should I podcast? If so, what should I podcast about? Solo or joint effort with angryfggt? Should we have guests? Should we blog about Tim Gunn's underwear? Should I podcast about bro's?
I listen to podcasts and the ones I always go back to have multiple performers. Even if you have nothing to talk about, you can talk about nothing to each other and THAT can be interesting.
Should we have guests?
As long as they are friends. Real interviews are generally kind of boring. Unless you can get Jesus or Britney Spears.
If you guys have fun, we'll probably have fun listening.

The two on the left are okay. The two on the right should be cropped out.

Like Jason said, podcasts with multiple people are more entertaining, but once established, a solo podcast every now and then can be fun too.
And guests are fun to listen to, especially if they're friends. Skype is great for having on guests that live far away, like your Twitter friends.
As far as topics, a lot of times just picking one topic and going from there can bring about plenty of other conversation pieces.
I'd love to hear a podcast from you and hope you decide to make the jump into the podisphere.
